In the event of rainfall sections of the path can become muddy and slippery.
Please make sure that you are fit enough to undertake our weekend walks.
If you are unsure about your fitness level, try a short walk option instead.
Its better to find a walk that is a little less in distance and is slower than to make yourself miserable and exhausted.


Before you commence any form of rigorous exercises always consult with your doctor prior to participating.


While most of The Ways We Walk In walks are off road in rural areas, please have suitable footwear and clothing for the walk you intend to join, always have food and drinks a minimum of two litres of water.


A leader may refuse to accept participants who are in their opinion are inadequately equipped or unfit.
For your own and others safety please abide by the advice and instructions of your walk leader.
Though walking is inherently one of the safest outdoor activities, no activity is without risk and it is your responsibility to behave sensibly and to minimise the potential for accidents to occur.
